The Charter Broker will coordinate and manage charter flight bookings, liaising with clients and operators to provide customized travel solutions. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, arranging flight itineraries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Additionally, the role involves identifying new business opportunities and staying informed about industry trends to drive successful charter transactions. Qualifications Experience in customer relationship management and client communication Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills to secure competitive deals and address client needs Familiarity with aircraft types, aviation industry standards, and market trends Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing schedules, contracts, and logistics Proficiency in computer systems and office software to handle bookings and maintain databases Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Melbourne, FL Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in aviation, business, or a related field Prior experience in charter brokerage, aviation sales, or customer service is a plus
