Job Summary Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where your energetic and welcoming attitude will set the tone for an exceptional guest experience. In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing outstanding customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, reservations, and guest requests with professionalism Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring resolutions that exceed expectations Maintain guest records, process payments, and update reservation systems accurately Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared to high standards Conduct night audits by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy Foster positive guest relations through personalized service and attentive communication Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Multilingual or bilingual abilities to assist diverse guests effectively Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone operations Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for professional interactions Ability to handle night audit procedures with attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of resort operations and guest services best practices Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Familiarity with hospitality industry standards for guest relations and service excellence Join us in delivering memorable experiences through energetic hospitality! Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
