Front Office/Rooms Reports to: General Manager Position Summary We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to provide excellent service and ensure a positive guest experience from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests professionally Check-in and check-out guests Answer phones and manage reservations Process payments and credit cards Handle guest requests and resolve issues Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance Keep front desk area clean and organized Qualifications Hotel Front desk Agent with 2 years of experience Good communication and computer skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment English and Spanish required Schedule Full-time or Part-time | Day and weekend shifts Only one schedule from 9:00am to 5:00pm Apply through Indeed or in person.
