Pay structure will be reviewed during the interview process. ) Job Overview We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Exmore, VA. This role is essential in delivering outstanding guest experiences and maintaining the brand standards of our hotel. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and a flexible schedule. Hotel experience and bilingual abilities are highly valued but not required. This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth daily hotel operations. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures Operate multi-line phone systems with professionalism and proper etiquette Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns Maintain accurate reservations and guest records in the hotel management system Process payments, billing, and guest accounts accurately Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest needs Assist with night audit duties when assigned Uphold brand standards, cleanliness, and guest service expectations Support guest relations initiatives to ensure positive and memorable stays Schedule & Availability Requirements (IMPORTANT) This position requires flexibility and is not optional . Must be available to work weekends and holidays Must be available for ALL shifts , including: 7:00 AM
  • 3:00 PM 3:00 PM
  • 11:00 PM 11:00 PM
  • 7:00 AM Specific shift placement will be discussed during the interview; however, candidates must be willing and able to work any of the above shifts Applicants unable to meet these availability requirements will not be considered Qualifications Previous hotel or front desk experience preferred Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to handle guest situations calmly and professionally Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Familiarity with hotel systems and night audit procedures is an advantage Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Our Team Competitive pay with performance-based growth Opportunity to advance within hotel operations Supportive management team Professional hospitality environment with brand standards
