$20.00 per hour Now Hiring - Luxury Residential Front Desk Agent We are seeking a polished, professional, and hospitality-driven Front Desk Agent for an ultra-luxury condominium in Bay Harbor Islands. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in luxury residential, hospitality, concierge, or high-end customer service environments who understand the importance of presentation, discretion, and exceptional service. This is a white-glove environment where professionalism, communication, and resident experience are top priorities. Position Responsibilities Greet residents, guests, vendors, and visitors with professionalism and warmth Maintain a welcoming and polished front desk/lobby presence Monitor visitor access, guest check-ins, deliveries, and vendor entry Coordinate with property management, valet, and building staff Answer phones, assist residents, and provide concierge-style support Monitor CCTV and access control systems Respond professionally to resident concerns and incidents Complete daily activity logs and incident reports accurately Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times Qualifications Prior experience in luxury condominiums, hotels, front desk, concierge, or hospitality preferred Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor required Reliable transportation and punctuality Ability to stand for extended periods Experience working with high-end clientele is a plus Security experience is helpful but not required Preferred Background Luxury residential or five-star hospitality experience Concierge or guest services experience Military, law enforcement, or hospitality security background (a plus) Compensation & Benefits $20.00 per hour Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical insurance available Long-term opportunity with a professional team environment Professional Standards Suit-style professional appearance required Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Calm, discreet, and detail-oriented Hospitality-first mindset with strong situational awareness
