Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor

Best Western Plus Tree House is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor to join our team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check-in/check-out process. During overnight shifts, you will also perform night audit duties, reconciling daily financial transactions and maintaining accurate records. Your enthusiasm for hospitality and excellent guest service skills will help create memorable stays for our visitors. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service at all times Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management systems Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude Conduct night audit processes, including balancing accounts, verifying transactions, and preparing reports Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and guest information Operate multi-line phone systems with proper phone etiquette to assist callers effectively Ensure the front desk area remains organized, clean, and welcoming throughout your shift Prepare and take down morning Coffee for guests in lobby Experience Previous experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse guests Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is advantageous Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel operations is highly desirable Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining attention to detail Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
