Front Desk and Membership Sales Associate

We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Front Desk & Membership Sales Associate —someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with others, and is eager to grow their skills in sales and customer service.

What You'll Do:

Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism Handle check-ins, phone calls, and general inquiries Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area Learn and assist with membership sales, including tours and consultations Support daily operations and contribute to a positive gym culture

Who We're Looking For:

A people person with strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail Motivated to learn—especially in the areas of fitness, sales, and customer engagement Comfortable using basic technology (POS systems, scheduling software, etc.) Someone who thrives in a team environment and takes pride in helping others succeed

Compensation & Growth:

Starting pay: $17.50/hour Commission opportunities available once proficient in membership sales Ongoing training and development in fitness industry operations and sales strategy

Shift & Schedule:

Friday afternoon 4-8p, Saturday & Sunday 7am-12pm. Schedule and availability to extend once proficient. Coverage would be available and/or required from time to time for other shifts/positions.
