Family Support Partner - Full-Time or Part-Time Monroe, WA Compassh.org Be a Voice of Hope for Families Compass Health is seeking a Family Support Partner to join our WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) team in Monroe! The Monroe WISe team is a small, compassionate, and collaborative group supporting youth and families in a tight-knit community just 25 minutes from Everett and 40 minutes from Seattle. WISe is a community-based, team-driven approach that centers the family's voice and strengths. It supports Medicaid-eligible youth (up to age 21) with complex mental health needs to remain stable in their homes, schools, and communities. Learn more about

Watch the video What You'll Do Support parents/caregivers as a peer with shared lived experience. Help families navigate systems, build advocacy skills, and access resources. Work one-on-one in homes, schools, and the community. Provide a strength-based, culturally informed approach to care. Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team in a flexible, mobile role. What You Bring High School Diploma or equivalent required (AA/BA in a related field preferred) Must be 21 years of age Lived experience parenting a child with behavioral health needs Completion of Certified Peer Support Specialist prerequisite course and application before start; live certification within 90 days. Valid WA driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation Preferred Experience Peer Counseling or social service background Knowledge of child development, parenting techniques, or diverse family systems Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills What We Offer At Compass Health, we care for our teams like we care for our clients.
