Front Desk Associate

Monmouth Family Health Center is a Community Health Center that offers clinical services to the Long Branch community and surrounding area. This position is responsible for scheduling, registering , and insurance verification for our patients. Bilingual in Portuguese or Spanish is required Summary As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing essential medical administrative support and ensuring a welcoming environment. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will utilize your core skills in patient service and clerical tasks to manage appointments, maintain medical records, and handle multi-line phone systems. Your premium knowledge of EMR systems and HIPAA regulations will ensure compliance and efficiency in patient interactions. With your relevant skills in customer service and office management, you will contribute significantly to the smooth operation of our medical facility.
