Front Desk Associate

PPC Kitchen & Bar is looking for a dynamic individual who can lead the charge from the front, hold their own on the phones, comfortable with use of POS systems i.e. Toast etc. and additionally act as a best in class greeter. We are looking for a multifaceted individual who can help raise the bar for service, standards, quality, and fun. We are a local company looking to push the boundaries of hospitality to new heights. We work better as a team, and we mean it!

Who you are:

You are autonomous, you work well under pressure, you know a good time when you see one, you have fun no matter what you are doing, you are a professional, you are intuitive and savvy. You are punctual, well groomed, polite, honest and the service industry is second nature to you.

Duties:

• answering and directing calls
• taking orders over the phone and entering with zero mistakes
• basic cleaning and upkeep of station and restrooms through out shift
• greeting and seating guests as they arrive
• packing orders flawlessly
• menu cleaning
• assisting in the dining room as needed
• working in the expo window
