Day, Evening, Night shifts available (including weekends & holidays) Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites in Augusta, GA. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth daily front desk operations. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a professional and friendly attitude Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management systems Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness Answer phone calls and assist with general hotel inquiries Ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies Qualifications Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills (experience with hotel PMS systems is a plus) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Employee discounts Growth opportunities within the company Supportive team environment
