• We are seeking to add to our Front Desk team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
• Duties
• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
• Schedule patient appointments using scheduling software
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
• Assist with patient records management
• Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services
• Follow office protocols for patient confidentiality and data security
• Qualifications
• Proficiency in 10-key typing and general office tasks
• Knowledge of medical terminology including ICD-9, ICD-10, and dental terminology
• Experience in patient service and phone etiquette
• Familiarity with patient records management systems is a plus
