Responsibilities Greet patients warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience. Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing guest inquiries promptly and courteously. Verify patient insurance benefits utilizing efficient verification protocols. Maintain detailed records of patient information, verifications, and check-in/check-out procedures to ensure accuracy. Maintain patient confidentiality and abide by HIPAA standards. Requirements Previous experience in front desk operations of medical facilities desired (minimum of one year) and medical insurance verification (minimum one year). Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse patient populations effectively. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and excellent communication abilities. Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism at all times. Knowledge of Medical Record EMR a plus. Demonstrate ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
