Front Desk Clerk

Job Overview We are seeking a professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences. This role involves being the first point of contact for guests and requires excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about services and amenities
• Check guests in and out efficiently
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Operate phone systems and manage reservations
• Assist with night audit procedures as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Qualifications
• Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus
