We are seeking a polished, professional, and compassionate Front Desk Coordinator who thrives in a patient-focused atmosphere and values teamwork, excellence, and attention to detail. Position Overview As the Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first impression of our practice and play a vital role in creating an outstanding patient experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, personable, detail-oriented, and confident managing a busy schedule while maintaining professionalism and warmth. Responsibilities Welcome patients and create a high-quality, concierge-style experience Answer phones professionally and assist patients with scheduling Coordinate and manage the daily hygiene and doctor schedules Verify insurance benefits and explain financial information clearly Process patient check-in/check-out efficiently and accurately Maintain detailed and accurate patient records Communicate effectively with patients and team members Help ensure smooth daily office flow and exceptional customer service Support the team in maintaining a positive and professional office culture Qualifications Previous high level customer service experience Experience with dental software systems a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset Strong attention to detail and follow-through Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off and holidays Employee dental benefits Opportunities for professional growth Supportive, team-centered work environment Consistent schedule and work-life balance Schedule Full-time Day shift 4 days a week No weekends 25mWsTqnmA
