Front Desk

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and highly alert Front Desk Staff to join our overnight team. This position is ideal for someone who works well independently, stays attentive during late-night hours, and can handle guest needs quickly and professionally. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and efficient. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours Answer phones, respond to guest requests, and resolve issues promptly Monitor hotel activity and maintain awareness of safety and security concerns Handle reservations, payments, and basic accounting procedures Complete nightly reports and audit tasks accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area Communicate effectively with management and other departments Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism at all times Qualifications Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work overnight shifts consistently Quick thinker with strong problem-solving skills Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Professional appearance and positive attitude Basic computer skills required Must have strong situational awareness and remain alert throughout the shift What We're Looking For Someone with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency A team member who is proactive, reliable, and hard-working A person who can stay focused and productive during overnight hours Excellent communication and guest service skills Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and efficiently

Pay:

$17.50 - $18.00 per hour
