FRONT DESK HOST

(WEEKEND) The Big Sky Motel is hiring a weekend front desk host to help manage the guest experience from arrival to departure. This role is Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM . You'll work closely with the rest of the team to make sure every guest has a smooth, simple, and welcoming stay.

Starting pay:

$13/hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Greet and check in guests quickly and professionally Answer phones and respond to guest messages Manage reservations, updates, and guest questions Keep the front office clean, organized, and welcoming Communicate with housekeeping to track and inspect room readiness Offer upgrades when available and explain the stay clearly Be available and responsive to guest needs throughout their stay Thank guests at departure and leave a strong final impression Support team efforts in your downtime

STANDARDS THAT MATTER

Guests should never wait more than 60 seconds to be helped Every interaction should feel clear, calm, and easy You are available and helpful—but never overbearing The goal: guests think "that was simple—I'd stay again"
