Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Desk Manager to lead our guest services team at our vibrant hospitality establishment. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. Your leadership will foster a positive environment, uphold exceptional customer service standards, and oversee daily front desk operations. Responsibilities Oversee all front desk activities, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries. Lead and motivate the front desk team to deliver outstanding guest services with professionalism and enthusiasm. Manage multi-line phone systems and ensure prompt, courteous phone etiquette for all incoming calls. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations. Handle guest complaints or issues swiftly to maintain high satisfaction levels and foster guest relations. Conduct night audits to reconcile daily revenue and ensure financial accuracy. Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, billing, and special requests to enhance guest experiences. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong background in guest services. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse situations professionally. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively. Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team efficiently during various shifts, including nights. Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and guest relations. Previous experience in night audit procedures or resort environments is preferred.
