• Part-time Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Member Support to be the welcoming face of our organization.

In this role you will be responsible for member retention and growth. You'll ensure every member who comes in is greeted and welcomed into the gym. Once our class starts, you'll focus on getting new trials in the door. Leads are provided; you just need to follow up with them and book them for camp. Once they show up, you'll be the friendly face they meet. You'll show them around the gym and pass off any crucial information to the trainer. After camp you'll guide them through next steps. Duties Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression Maintain accurate records of lead follow up Guide any new trial members through the day one process Ensure office supplies are stocked and maintain a clean reception area Experience

• No related experience is required; if you're willing to learn we can teach you the role Schedule We have two shifts AM (815AM
• 1130AM) and PM (415AM-645PM), we primarily need morning support but would like someone flexible.
