We proudly serve over a thousand clients across the Olympic Peninsula and nearly every state in the U.S., providing tax planning, preparation, and IRS representation . This is a fantastic opportunity to get hands-on experience in the tax and financial services industry while working in a fast-paced, cheerful, and fun environment . What You'll Be Doing Answering and managing phone calls with a friendly, professional voice Greeting clients and providing top-notch customer service Booking appointments and managing schedules Performing data entry and filing tasks Supporting tax professionals with their day-to-day administrative needs What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Outgoing, with a warm and professional phone voice Highly organized, detail-oriented, and ethical Able to learn quickly in preparation for our busiest season Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment Why Work With Us?
