Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude to create a positive first impression for visitors and callers alike. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and professionally, directing them appropriately and maintaining a positive atmosphere at the front desk Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls, taking messages, and providing information as needed Handle appointment scheduling Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records to support office operations and client files Support office management duties including supply inventory, mail distribution, and maintaining a clean reception area Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously, ensuring all visitors and callers feel valued Requirements Proven office experience or clerical background with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle high call volumes professionally Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs effectively Knowledge of front desk procedures, office management practices, and administrative support functions Excellent typing speed and proofreading skills for accurate document preparation Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist or personal assistant is a plus but not required Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while providing outstanding customer support Join our team where your organizational talents and proactive approach will make a meaningful difference every day!
