Front Desk Receptionist

RxWellness Spine & Health Rockville is the top notch wellness and chiropractic practice with an excellent reputation in the DMV. Our Laurel office is supportive, team oriented, and extremely lively and we would love to find a candidate to join our team and enhance this synergy! Your role as a Front Desk Receptionist is critical to the success of the practice. In this position, you will be working 1 on 1 with patients, helping them reshape the way they approach their health, and making sure they feel good from the inside out.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the team to manage office efficiency, expedite flow, and maximize customer care so that patients have an excellent experience in the office.
• Collaborate with the team to establish and maintain relationships with patients.
• Assisting the Practice Manager with the facilitation of the flow of the back office operations by delegating responsibilities to the massage therapists along with executing modalities such as Traction table and Electrical Stimulation.
• Helping to oversee the coordination of the front office activities including checking patients in & out, collections, answering phones, and scheduling.
• Notating documentation to include subjective, objective, charge codes, and diagnoses in our EHR system for the Practitioners. The notes must be completed within 48 hours of the time of the patient visit to submit to the insurance company.
• Attending periodic training sessions and meetings pertinent to position.
• Performing all other duties as assigned by the Practice Manager or Clinic Director.
