Peak Dental Care is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable front desk receptionist to join our team. This role is key to creating a positive patient experience and ensuring the front office runs efficiently day

Curtis Ave but will be moving into to our new building come the end of May 2026 still located in Pea Ridge on It'll Do rd. Let's chat soon! Duties Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments Confirm upcoming appointments and manage daily schedules Verify Insurance benefits and collect payments Maintain accurate patient records Work closely with the dental team to keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Bilingual abilities are highly desirable ( not required) but help to serve diverse client needs effectively Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service roles such as dental or medical front desk roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer proficiency Ability to multitask and stay organized in fast paced environment Experience with dental softwares
