Front Desk Receptionist

We are currently looking for a dependable and friendly part-time team member to join our dental office. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both the administrative side of dentistry and helping create a positive experience for patients throughout their visit.

Responsibilities Include:

Insurance verification and reviewing patient coverage Processing and following up on insurance claims Handling patient accounts, payments, and balances Welcoming patients and assisting with check-in/check-out Answering phones and coordinating appointments Helping maintain an organized and efficient daily schedule

Qualifications:

Previous dental office experience preferred (1+ year) Familiarity with Eaglesoft software Comfortable multitasking in a busy front office Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
