Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a new member to join our ever growing team at Ray Catena Service of Edison. We are located at 123 Main St in Edison

NJ 08837.

Job Responsibilities:

Greet and communicate with new and existing customers. Create a positive atmosphere and act as the first point of contact for clients entering the service department. Field phone calls and email correspondence, relaying information to the correct departments and assisting in a timely manner. Answer general questions or inquiries as needed. Maintain open and transparent communication with team members and management. This position is strictly receptionist duties (no BDC responsibilities). Proficiency with Windows systems highly preferred. Any experience with Reynolds/Ignite highly preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus. Must be professional, organized, and have a positive attitude. Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Strong communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work in a team environment. Maintain professional appearance and able to stick to a schedule. In person and over the phone communication skills are a must
