GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB

The PreMedia Production Coordinator assists all aspects of each job including scheduling, tracking and troubleshooting. Ensuring all client expectations are met and projects stay on time and on budget.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/SCOPE

Check all content in files or proofs for accuracy and completeness against clients style guides and expectations. Resolve all conflicts in client-supplied information against job specs Organize incoming and outgoing work for production Communicate priorities to team members and other departments Monitor timelines to ensure all work is being organized and produced within the committed timeframes Check all copy and images on proofs Communicate any deviations to timing, costs, workflow Maintain and communicate daily status reports

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Appropriate education and/or experience may be substituted on an equivalent basis

Education:

High School Diploma or GED Experience:

5+ years of relevant experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Excellent communication and organizational skills Detail and deadline oriented Working knowledge of Microsoft applications Ability to multitask Experience in the prepress/graphics arts industry preferred Proficient computer skills including ability to utilize Microsoft Office applications, project management databases and email applications #LI-MJ1 Employees can be expected to be paid an hourly rang : $28.85 - $36.05 based on variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions.
