Front Desk Receptionist

We're seeking a front desk representative for our busy grooming and daycare facility in Lebanon, NJ. Main tasks include answering phone calls, managing appointments and the grooming schedule, greeting customers for check-in and check-out, and keeping the lobby clean and organized. This job requires interaction with dogs of varying sizes and temperaments, so it is critical that the applicant be comfortable with dogs and have confident handling skills. The ideal applicant will have compassion in working with animals, prior customer service experience, the ability to take initiative and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, a friendly and outgoing demeanor, and expert organizational skills.
