Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team of caring professionals. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients at Safe Haven, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly
• Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries
• Perform laundry duties such as washing, drying, and folding sheets, towels and other spa materials
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks
• Handle customer support inquiries with efficiency and professionalism
• Assist service providers with warm towels, and room changes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer care and service
• Familiarity with spa procedures is a plus
• Ability to transcribe and communicate information accurately
• Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple lines
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Knowledge of Mangomint software for daily tasks is beneficial
