Job Description
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Full-time | In-person Key Responsibilities Open and close the office daily Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer and route incoming calls efficiently using office phone systems Manage meeting room reservations and prepare conference rooms Provide administrative support including copying, scanning, and emailing Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of lobby, conference rooms, and common areas Restock office, kitchen, and client supplies as needed Collect, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages Assist management with client needs and tenant relations Support blog, marketing, and social media initiatives as assigned Assist with staging offices for prospective clients Qualifications Administrative or customer service experience required Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Professional demeanor and appearance Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask and work independently Microsoft Office proficiency required Comfortable using office equipment and phone systems Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
