Job Summary We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service, and support office management tasks. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette Process customer payments accurately and efficiently Support office management by organizing supplies, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the overall tidiness of the reception area Provide customer support through effective communication, addressing inquiries, and offering assistance in a bilingual capacity if applicable Qualifications Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple lines confidently Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Prior clerical or administrative experience with data entry, filing, and proofreading tasks Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Join us as a Front Desk Receptionist where your enthusiasm meets professionalism!
