Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Your proactive approach and excellent organizational skills will help maintain efficient office operations, manage multi-line phone systems, and support administrative functions. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly, verify appointments, and direct them appropriately Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, using proper phone etiquette to handle inquiries and transfer calls efficiently Handle data entry tasks including filing, proofing documents, and updating records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software Assist with scheduling appointments. Support clerical duties such as proofreading, and maintaining accurate records Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in person or via phone or email Experience Previous office experience or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proven customer service background with excellent communication skills and phone etiquette Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing procedures, and general administrative tasks Computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and basic computer skills Bilingual abilities Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is advantageous but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is also valued Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets enthusiasm!
