Our extensive catalog includes cutting-edge items such as Touch-Less ASME-approved buttons for fire service operation, ADA emergency phones, smart line sharing devices, door detectors, flexible light curtains, signal fixtures, car operating panels, hall fixtures, state-of-the-art door operators, elevator controllers, and numerous other essential components. We pride ourselves on providing reliable, innovative solutions that enhance elevator safety and efficiency for our diverse clientele. As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This pivotal role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, helping to maintain a welcoming and organized environment. The ideal candidate will support our R&D elevator team's needs and contribute to the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and courtesy. Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently. Manage and organize the reception area to ensure a clean and professional environment. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. Handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring accurate distribution. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Collaborate with various departments, including R&D and manufacturing teams, to support office operations. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably within mechanical or industrial engineering industries. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment. Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. Professional appearance and demeanor reflecting company standards. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
