  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization.
In this pivotal role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients. Your organizational skills and office management expertise will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a positive first impression for everyone who walks through our doors. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and assist with check-in procedures, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and providing accurate information Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and meeting coordination Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software to support daily operations Perform clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing office supplies, and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area Experience Accounts Payable Proven office experience or administrative support background with a focus on customer service Familiarity with front desk procedures and multi-line phone systems Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tasks Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs effectively Experience in medical receptionist roles is a plus but not required Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively Previous clerical experience involving filing, proofreading, bookkeeping or basic office management is preferred Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while advancing your career in a supportive environment.
