Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a

PART TIME

Receptionist to join our Irwin team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and computer proficiency. The Receptionist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. Duties Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner Use the computer to check patients in/out, collect copays and schedule patients for future visits Take insurance information and create patient files Perform data entry, filing, and clerical tasks to maintain organized records Utilize Google Docs for communication with other office employees Afternoon shift: M, Tu, W, Th from 1pm-5 or 6pm (occasional Fridays) Potentially a few Saturdays from 9am-11am Qualifications Must be friendly, POSITIVE, enjoy talking with people and have a professional appearance Willing to learn a simple computer software system for patient management Insurance validation experience a plus Receptionist experience a plus Exceptional phone etiquette skills are required Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Must have a positive attitude all the time and be reliable No experience necessary, FULL

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
