We are looking for a warm, organized, and proactive Front Desk Receptionist/ Client Experience Coordinator who can create an exceptional first impression and elevate the client experience from the moment they walk in. As the Front Desk Receptionist/ Client Experience Coordinator , you will be the face of our clinic—responsible for welcoming clients, managing appointments, supporting daily operations, and ensuring every visit feels seamless and elevated. This role is perfect for someone who loves wellness, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys connecting with people.
