Job Description
Front Desk Receptionist:
Welcome patients and visitors with friendly, professional customer service Assist with check-in, appointments, and general questions Coordinate scheduling and communicate appointment details clearly Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately Maintain accurate records and update patient information Manage paperwork, forms, and administrative details Ensure patients receive clear information and follow-up instructions Support daily office operations to keep the front desk running smoothly What We're Looking For in aFront Desk Receptionist:
Communication skills: Clear and friendly communication in person and over the phoneProfessionalism:
Positive attitude, polished presence, and comfort interacting with a wide range of people Attention to detail: Accurate when updating records or handling formsOrganization:
