Some responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, checking out customers, cleaning and folding towels, and light cleaning. We are looking to hire somebody part-time. Our hours are Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 5 PM. Shifts are usually 9:30am-2:30pm or 2:30pm-7:30pm during the week and 9:30-5 on Saturday. Some 10 hours shifts may be available for the whole day. Hours available will probably be around 15+. Saturdays will be required in a rotation with our 6 other receptionists, it will be 1-2 Saturdays a month.
