Full Job Description Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Service Manager to oversee the daily scheduling, dispatching, and coordination of our service technicians. This role is critical in ensuring efficient service operations, excellent customer communication, and accurate job execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and dispatch service technicians for repair and preventive maintenance (PM) visits Prepare and provide service quotes as requested by customers Coordinate with parts personnel and other team members to ensure timely job completion Maintain technician training schedules and records Respond to incoming emergency service calls after hours and dispatch technicians as needed Review work order accuracy and technician timesheets for processing and billing Support overall service operations and take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Experience in service coordination, dispatching, or a similar role preferred Mechanical or industrial service background is a plus (compressed air experience preferred but not required) Experience with salesforce and Microsoft office products preferred.
