Front Desk Receptionist

Front Desk Receptionist (Morning Shift) We are looking for a reliable and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team for the morning shift. Previous hotel front desk experience is required. Candidates with experience using HotelKey PMS are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and guest inquiries Manage payments, cash handling, and daily reports Respond to guest concerns and provide excellent customer service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area Work closely with housekeeping and management to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

Previous hotel front desk experience required Experience with HotelKey PMS preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Basic computer skills required Weekend and holiday availability may be required
