Front Desk Receptionist / Shampoo Person About us MENtality Barbers is a company in Frazer, PA 19355. We are an energetic, fast-paced barbershop on the mainline in Frazer; searching for a friendly and outgoing person who can multi-task.

Duties include:

Shampooing clients (training included), answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting and checking in and out of clients, laundry and other housekeeping duties. Knowledge of salon/barbershop procedures is helpful but not required.

• Strong customer service and phone etiquette
• Administrative experience with calendar management and data entry
• Organizational skills and ability to handle multi-line phone systems
• Previous front desk or office management experience
