About the Role The Front Desk Sales Associate / Reservation Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients. This is a client-facing sales role with front desk responsibilities — you will manage incoming calls, check-ins, and check-outs while owning the conversion of new clients into our core programs and services. This role works in close collaboration with leadership and contributes directly to the growth of the business. We view it as a long-term investment, with clear pathways for advancement as the company scales. This is a performance-measured position. KPIs are tracked daily in our CRM and reviewed weekly with leadership. The right candidate will find that structure motivating, not stressful. Responsibilities Respond to all new inquiries within 2 hours Qualify prospective clients and match them to the appropriate entry point and specialist Convert inquiries into enrollments across training packages, Day Club memberships, boarding, and enrichment programs Identify upsell and add-on opportunities at every client interaction Maintain meticulous records in RunLoyal CRM — daily updates, weekly pipeline reviews, monthly reporting Represent the Zen Canine Club brand with professionalism and expertise in every interaction KPIs You Will Own Lead-to-consultation conversion rate Consultation-to-enrollment conversion rate Speed-to-lead response time Upsell rate Revenue per client Compensation Structure Days 1-60: $18.00/hour base. No commission. This is your paid training period — you'll learn our services, systems, and client base before we ask you to perform. Days 61-90: Base Raise + reduced commission as you begin converting independently. Day 91+: Base + full commission + monthly performance bonuses across four escalating tiers. Total compensation is directly tied to the revenue you generate. Top performers earn well above the base.
