Front Desk Sales & Social Media Coordinator Speedy Auto Tint Anaheim Anaheim, CA Job Type Full-Time / Part-Time Schedule Wednesday - Sunday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Mondays & Tuesdays Off About Us Speedy Auto Tint Anaheim is a fast-growing automotive tint shop focused on quality work, customer service, and building a strong local reputation. We are looking for someone dependable, organized, sales-oriented, and motivated to help run daily front office operations while supporting business growth online. Position Overview We are looking for a Front Desk Sales & Social Media Coordinator who can confidently handle customer calls, coordinate appointments, upsell services, and maintain our social media presence. This is not just a receptionist position. We need someone proactive, organized, and capable of communicating effectively with both customers and management throughout the day. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries Schedule and coordinate customer appointments Upsell tint packages and additional services Follow up with leads, estimates, and missed calls Maintain communication with the owner throughout the day Keep daily appointments organized and running smoothly Create and post content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc. Respond to social media messages and comments Process customer payments and invoices Maintain a clean and professional front office environment Requirements Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable talking on the phone and closing sales Organized and detail-oriented Reliable, punctual, and professional Social media experience preferred Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and phone skills required Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required Ideal Candidate Friendly but professional Motivated and self-driven Strong at customer interaction and sales Understands social media and online engagement Can work independently without constant supervision Communicates clearly and consistently Compensation Hourly pay based on experience Bonus/commission opportunities available based on sales performance To Apply Please send: Resume Short description of your experience Any social media work or accounts you've managed (if available)
