Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is crucial in maintaining guest satisfaction and enhancing their overall experience at our establishment. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and check them in efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is collected. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Manage phone systems to assist guests with reservations and provide information about hotel services. Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, including billing and payment processing. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all transactions are balanced and accurate. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests. Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of hospitality. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Proficiency in front desk operations and familiarity with hotel management software is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. A positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
