Front Desk Staff

FRONT DESK POSITION AVAILABLE

Bodyworks Day Spa is seeking an individual for a full time position with our front desk team. The successful candidate MUST be available until 6pm 3 weekdays and Saturdays until 5pm. (An occasional Saturday may be requested off for a special event i.e. Wedding) Position will include: Answering the phone and making appointments Checking guests in and out, and supporting our service staff.

Good Customer Service skills- This means you are willing and ready to help all clients with a smile. Organization Ability to count change Willingness to learn new things. Self-motivation Working with Clients hands on to help them find Make-up and other Cosmetic products that suit their needs. Able to follow direction Creativity You must also be interested in working with our bareMinerals cosmetics and skincare, Image Skincare, and several other product lines. You would be required to work hands-on, after training, with our customers. We will work around a reasonable class schedule for summer and school year for any students. Your schedule will be no less than 20 hours a week and can include more hours during times that other team members are on vacation.
