Job Description

New Leaf Chiropractic Wellness Center is a patient-focused practice dedicated to providing exceptional care and improving our patients' overall health and well-being. We pride ourselves on our friendly, supportive environment and our commitment to helping team members grow their skills. Our office provides a highly specialized form of posture corrective care and we are growing quickly as a result. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Front Office Coordinator to help with this continued growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend administrative responsibilities with hands-on patient support. ⸻ Position Summary As our Front Office Coordinator, you will be the face of our clinic, welcoming patients, managing scheduling, and coordinating day-to-day operations. Additionally, under the direction and supervision of the chiropractor (after thorough training), you will assist with patient rehab exercises and therapy sessions. This dual role is perfect for someone who thrives on both administrative organization and hands-on patient interaction. ⸻ Key Responsibilities 1. Front Desk Administration Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and friendly arrival experience. Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and schedule appointments. Manage patient records, maintain accurate documentation, and handle insurance billing or payment processes. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming. 2. Team Collaboration Coordinate with the chiropractor and other team members to ensure efficient patient flow. Assist with basic office tasks (e.g., ordering supplies, filing, data entry) as needed. Communicate effectively with patients, answering basic questions about clinic services and rehab exercises. Qualifications & Skill High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, but not required). Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role, particularly in healthcare is highly desirable. Familiarity with medical or therapy settings is a plus; willingness to learn is essential. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A friendly, positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
Note:
You will receive on-the-job training for the rehab component of this position. No previous clinical rehab experience is required, but eagerness to learn and a commitment to patient care are vital. Dr. Schepart, the owner and chiropractor within the office is highly focused on morale of the team. There will be no tasks asked of you that he is not willing to do himself. This is truly a team effort! ⸻ Benefits Competitive pay, commensurate with experience. Bonus structure based off of clinic growth.
