Position Overview:

You'll be the friendly face and voice of our practice. You'll greet patients, manage appointments, handle calls, and ensure the office runs smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, personable, and enjoys helping others. This position is Monday and Wednesdays from0730-1200 & 2:45pm to 6:00pm, hours will be full time by August.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor Schedule and confirm appointments Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries Process payments and maintain accurate records Assist with patient forms and insurance verification Support the chiropractic team with both administrative and clinical practices.

Qualifications:

Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred (medical/chiropractic experience a plus) Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient with computers and scheduling software Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Pay:

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
