Front Desk Staff/Night Audit

Overview We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services, managing night operations, and ensuring smooth hotel functioning during overnight hours. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, guest relations, and hotel operations, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival and during check-in/check-out processes Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications using multi-line phone systems and front desk software Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy of billing and reports Respond promptly to guest requests, and complaints via phone or in person, providing excellent customer service Maintain the security of the hotel premises by monitoring guest activities during overnight hours Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and updating guest records Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure room readiness Uphold hotel policies, procedures, and standards related to guest services, safety, and hospitality management Assist with completing laundry to assist in overall efforts of supporting the housekeeping team Set up breakfast for guests each morning to brand standard expectations.
