The Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible reviewing the daily checklist to ensure all areas of assignments have been checked off; confirm that daily upgrades have been granted based on occupancy; review Outlook for incoming groups, events, etc. during potential sell out situations, coordinate with guest service agents to reach out to guests to confirm their arrivals. Work directly as a liaison with students, and interns. Attend staff meetings.

Job Summary:

Ensures hotel reception area is professionally maintained by greeting guests and tending to their questions and complaints. Manages the booking and appointment schedules and oversees other front desk staff.

Job Description:

Manages front desk staff and ensures quality customer service. Oversees the daily service operations for hotel rooms and the execution of contracts, deposits, and billing. Ensures check-in, check-out, and billing processes are performed competently and in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. Responds to and resolves guest complaints and concerns.
