• Full-time Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Desk Supervisor with open availability to lead our front desk team and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily operations at the front desk, manage guest relations, and coordinate with various departments to deliver seamless service. Your leadership will set the tone for a welcoming environment, fostering guest satisfaction and operational excellence. This position requires a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Duties Supervise and coordinate front desk operations to ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes and guest services. Lead and motivate front desk staff, providing training, support, and performance feedback to maintain high service standards. Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and provide accurate information to guests and visitors. Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism, ensuring swift resolution and guest satisfaction. Oversee night audit procedures, reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy. Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation platforms to facilitate efficient operations. Foster positive guest relations by delivering personalized service and ensuring all guests feel valued and cared for. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on customer service. Previous experience in hotel leadership or resort environments is preferred. Knowledge of night audit procedures and guest services. Excellent phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems. Strong communication skills with the ability to handle guest relations professionally.
