Job Description
Please note: we are located in Forest Grove, 45mins outside PortlandWe're looking for an outgoing individual to join our amazing FOH team! Front of House folks are trained in Customer Service, Barista skills, and in cooking up the hot food on our brunch menu. We are thriving and BUSY most of the time, and this person needs to be able to excel under pressure, moving quickly from one thing to another while attending to customers with care. We are a team of folks working hard to feed Forest Grove and beyond. Come get folded in to the layers of connection and community that there is to be found among both staff and customers, and eat a lot of good food along the way.
RequirementsMUST be available consistently Wednesday-Sunday. This is not a summer job and availability into the Fall is a mustWeekends are required. One weekend off per month is scheduled in. Please don t apply if you are not available on weekends.
Able to thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentMust be at least 18 years of ageDetailsFull time: 30-40 hours/week$16.3/hour starting wage plus a share of tips, typically $5-7 per hour: $21/hour totalFree bread, coffee, meal, and pastry perksPaid sick leaveResponsibilitiesOpening and closing tasks Customer serviceProduct knowledgeDialing in espresso and crafting coffee and tea drinksPrepping and cooking sandwiches and other brunch itemsAdhering to food safety standards and practices
